The Expand House is constructed with a welded light steel frame and insulated sandwich panels. It can be supplied as an open-plan space or equipped with a prefabricated bathroom module. Once fully expanded, the living space increases to 2.5 times its closed size. With thoughtfully designed and properly positioned doors and windows, the house offers a comfortable, functional, and flexible living environment.
After expansion, the house provides around 2.5 times more living space, offering better comfort for homes, dormitories, and camp accommodation.
The interior partitions can be flexibly folded away or opened, allowing easy layout adjustment for bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, and other functions.
Each unit can be expanded and installed in about 30 minutes, reducing labor and equipment needs for fast project delivery.
