Project Overview
In Turkey, an urgent housing project required 2,000 fully equipped units to be delivered within one month. Each unit covers 21 m² and includes a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom — providing residents with a complete space for basic daily living.
The Challenge
The biggest challenge was not only speed.
It was how to deliver large-scale, livable housing in a very short time. Traditional construction would require longer preparation, more workers, and a complicated on-site building process. For emergency housing, every extra day means people have to wait longer for a safe place to stay.
Our Solution
We used a prefabricated mobile housing system.
Most structural parts and essential living facilities were prepared in the factory before delivery. This greatly reduced on-site workload and made the whole project easier to control.
Standardized for Scale
To complete 2,000 units quickly, every house followed the same practical 21 m² layout. This standardized design helped speed up production, reduce installation mistakes, and keep quality consistent across all units.
